Licensed Graduate Social Worker
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. An ideal client is an individual struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma, seeking support to improve their emotional well-being and daily functioning. They may experience difficulties with relationships, self-esteem, or managing stress, leading them to feel overwhelmed and stuck. A client needs a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their thoughts and emotions and practical coping skills to enhance resilience. Their goals may involve developing healthier thought patterns, improving relationships, and building self-esteem and self-worth. Ultimately, they want to achieve a sense of balance, self-acceptance, and fulfillment, driven by a desire for personal growth and stability.
My goal is to support you in building self-awareness, resilience, and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. We will work together to recognize negative thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and improve relationships. We’ll work on setting small, achievable goals, strengthening your confidence, and learning practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, or past trauma. Most importantly, I’ll encourage self-compassion and personal growth so you can feel more balanced, empowered, and in control of your life.
I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this journey. I approach each session with compassion, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping you feel heard and supported. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges.
