I work with clients with a variety of concerns, including adjusting to life changes, self-esteem, communication and boundaries, anxiety, self-exploration, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My clients are often looking for coping skills and self-management techniques that they can apply to their life to make improvements that matter to them and sustain those changes independently.
I use a variety of coping skills tailored to the client’s individual needs, exploratory activities to learn more about oneself, mindfulness techniques, behavioral modification, and psychoeducational information to help clients gain the tools they need to accomplish their goals.
I like to help people explore their values, improve their self-esteem, and meet their goals through improved communication, self-care, boundary exploration, and coping skills.
